Our results show that our #Rockhoppers are still arriving at the colony to mate (~1st Oct) and departing after having had chicks (~01 Apr) at the same date yearly. They may not yet be adapting to #ClimateChange. Is this problem? @SamiDodino @CadicUshuaia @oxford_brookes

Well done and thanks @GovSGSSI! We're proud to be part of this MPA evaluation process. People will praise the km2 but it's the continued cycle of collecting evidence and re-evaluating the MPA that is key to its good management. @brookeshls @oxford_brookes.
Today the Commissioner announced an additional 166,000km2 of No-Take Zones within our MPA - that's over 8 times the size of Wales! Sustainable fisheries are already strictly regulated, but now 449,000km2 or 36% of our biodiverse waters are totally closed to all fishing activity
