As part of Forecasting Tipping Points early warning system, BAS' Kelly Hogan will lead project GRAIL. This looks at tipping points in the North Atlantic linked to the melting Greenland ice sheet - which will affect ocean circulation + global climate. 🌍

Huge congrats to BAS' Dr Nigel Meredith, winner of the 2025 Royal Astronomical Society Chapman Medal 🎉. Dr Meredith won for his work on plasma waves in magnetospheric physics. His findings are now essential to many space weather forecasting models 🛰️. 📰
