Please stop with these absurd comments. The pass doesn’t go there because the defenders closes the angle for Timber. It is not a right way to analyze football to see what would be best for the player I want to rep. Please focus in what’s best for the team. Gyokeres run here
If Timber crosses to Gyokeres that is a Big chance created (~0.75xG) The pass to Saka is a ~0.15 xG chance The reason Timber didn't play that cross to Gyokeres is because we haven't had a CF who makes that run for the past 5 years We have to evolve

Much better second half and overall a good win. But have that feeling that we want to suffer more than we should. Setup was top, dominated in every aspect of the game, but the performance from the players was below standards. Need to learn how to close these games to avoid

When we use a midfielder close to Cala, either Rice or Ode, their RCM moves further up the field and leaves a gap in the LHS which Trossard has not been using. Thats the ideal scenario for a 2v2 or 2v1 with Trossard and Gyok.
