July 18, Belize was removed from Affiliate Status per their own request. Little known fact Belize isn't in South America. Costa Rica and Nicaragua both stood with Belize(they are also not in South America). Maybe the International leader in Disc Golf should learn geography.

Laura can speak at any meeting. They are an elected boadd member. They aren't permitted to discuss this topic without being removed from the board. Laura has a history of bullying in committee meetings. Instead of removing Laura, they removed the person who brought it to light

The PDGA status quo is silence at least publicly. Volunteers aren't permitted to discuss whats going on but the board can leak whatever they would like to their favorite news crew.

Tournament play is a warning in C tier the first time, mandatory dq in B+ tiers. This, however, requires someone to report it. Depending on your location and event host that is debatable that it would be enforced

Sponsors do a lot for top talent. The rest is a lot of bonus structures and free discs. If they are good enough for a tour series and it actually sells, they get a % on the sales. We haven't seen one yet that included travel compensation guarantees.

WWDGO is getting up and running, WFDF at least the Pan American wing is taking a more vested interest in Disc Golf.
When Belize stood up to the PDGA, Brian Hoeniger cited that Belize had complicated things for the PDGA with WFDF.

I dont buy that as a reason. They only won in OTB cases because Ryan's team filed in the wrong jurisdiction. So, going back there still is a lawsuit IF they even plan on trying to stop Ryan from playing.

I mentioned WFDF because of their new interest in Disc Golf. The fact the PDGA thought what Belize did was troubling enough to mention it was interesting at least. Budget is determined by memberships.
