this is a no brainer;. making a paper contract digital changes nothing. giving this digital contract an easy way to self-execute (the deal only settles once pre-defined conditions are met).is transformational. SCs aren’t new - Nick Szabo has been writing about them since the.
few want to get into lawsuits, therefore most wet contracts are not worth the paper they're written on as they will not be enforced . the future for fair, reliable dealmaking for 99% of transactions is pairing wet contracts with 'smart contracts' for guaranteed execution.
