This event is an excellent platform for actors, writers and directors and while I 100% support their decision not to ask workers to work for free it is a clear example of Scotland’s arts funding model still being broken after 15 years…

Low pay, Scottish Arts: Dear arts organisations, I know it's tough but every time you advertise a job for less than £30k you are saying that the person doing the job is worth less than an acceptable standard of living/ needs a financial cushion to subsidise their work for you.
