Am back after some months of no access! Gonna do a "calendar advent" like content - daily Dec 1 to 24 on building from scratch an AI assistant for a doctor who wants to better communicate diagnosis and disease info with his patients 👀 let's see how that goes #buildinpublic

Ulalala couldn't be more excited. @Shopify really going one step ahead with Sidekick, building that AI assistant right where it's needed. Perfect execution to get a miles ahead of the competition that was starting to catch them back. Brilliant move

Crazy how so many countries still have adjustable mortgage rate as their norm - in France you barely see them anymore, it's mostly fixed 20-30y rates. Would be stressed as hell if I had a mortgage in an adjustable world 🫠

Hard to do this one without talking about @clickup Honestly they have so many I love that it's hard to give one. Maybe the academy of epic kick ups managed in Click Up. Or maybe the Jira got fired by Click Up... not sure, here's the full playlist https://t.co/WiJqZRyKhw

Upskill From Within - @360Learning Funniest of all, 360 did a series of video where we follow a group of colleagues trying to embark everyone on that ‘big new idea’ supposed to turn the world around. Tons of jokes to make you smile every second. https://t.co/RG1KRKeYXe

Long Live the XLA by @AcoraLtd IT services are boring right? so to make it fun, Acora turned it into a Game of Thrones-esque battlefield. And they communicate their vision crazily well throughout the ad 👏 super well executed - long live the XLA https://t.co/W6cgyKeboR

Choose a Better Way to Work by @SlackHQ Beautiful campaign to shows how Slack turns chaos into clarity–simply by organizing shapes. They used geometrical shapes flowing gracefully to showcase how communicating should flow freely - https://t.co/miFKYuCJRd

Wednesday - #acquisition - let's check out some of the very best SaaS campaigns ever done 👀 Well at least, some of my personal favorite ones. ps - I spent a good hour trying to get annoying chatgpt to help me do this thread and ultimately, didn't use any of it 😅 #AIsucks

They had fun building a pretty awesome "product manifesto" -> get rid of the “management” part of product management 👀 The idea is to push product people to “make things happen” as opposed to “managing things” let them know how you feel about it

Well cool, you've got tons of user feedback.. Now what do you do? Well today (didn't influence my topic AT-ALL), my friends from @CycleProduct do their PH launch and they're just what you need. A platform to centralize, analyse, and act on all user feedback. Check them out 😏

Feedback #7 - analytics My fav is still (and will forever be) @JuneDotSo, so much easier to implement and clearer to use. It's built to enable anyone looking to optimise [product] growth to read data, not just data folk. Product data shouldn't be governed by a happy few only

Feedback #6 - social media RSS 📱 Listen, engage, and respond! Social media is a mess but it's a gold mine. You'll get users pinging about issues, reporting what they love / and hate. So make sure you monitor mentions, on Twitter, LinkedIn... and ... https://t.co/jFweinTAhJ 🙈?

Feedback #5 - 1-1s sessions Probably still the best, but please... PLEASE... record them. Now with AI you get transcript and summaries to add to CRMs. Ofc @claap_io is the best option to collaborate on videos - I don't like the only 1 person knows about user feedback mood 😶‍🌫️

Feedback #4 - user groups Gnaaa.. mixed feelings. Yes user Slacks are amazing but people forget they're a mess to run and activate. So great if you're super community driven (like a dev tool). Same goes for customer user group, interesting but don't promise features and timing 🫠

Feedback #3 - request pages I love how https://t.co/KQSN8G6vHW created the easiest user request app. Couldn't be smoother to integrate, with votes, comments, ideas, roadmap. Thanks @my_mate_mike for the app, already recommended to +15 startup who implemented and love it too.

Feedback #2 - embeds in the app @Screebapp is a great example to add small interactive feedback forms in your tool to get closer to users. Understand what they expected when they clicked on a button, what integration they wanted to see on that page. Easy to add + to manage
