I care about the brand so much that in order to make them improve their services, I will publicly shame them. #AirIndia.
No one wants to fly Air India anymore. For years, people tolerated bad service, delays, rats and broken TV systems etc, but now it’s about existential threat to life. Brand is badly damaged. Tata took it easy and focused on bells & whistles changes instead of improving customer.

The replies under this tweet is testament to why India is still a third world country.
Kudos to @mybmc @mybmcRoads for turning Andheri West into an obstacle course. A senior citizen getting seriously injured and needing major surgery. Clearly, barricading dug-up roads is too advanced a concept in Mumbai.

In India, rules are enforced basis circumstances. Especially with airlines. I’ve carried 3 bags on a half-empty flight without a word. I've had to checkin a within limit bag on a full flight. Full bhasad.
Made the mistake of booking Air India and it’s safe to say NEVER again. I was carrying a 13 kg cabin bag (10 kg + 3 kg laptop bag) and guess what? The staff forced me to remove 3 kg because “only 10 kg is allowed.” Seriously?.I still had 25 kg check-in baggage allowance, which I.

TIL that India did not have winters before Mughals 😱.
India has been so hot, that we never had an upper garment, at best a gamchha (towel or a shawl) and dhoti below. All stitched upper garment has been a foreign imposition. Mughals brought Kurta, English brought shirts. While the groom sweats under the collar at his own wedding :).

Calcutta Metro stations used to tell stories — each wall, pillar, painted with the soul of the place. You could feel where you were. Now, in Mumbai, every station looks the same. No history, no identity. Just concrete. You could post a photo from any station and it won't matter.
Here’s the first look at the #𝘼𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙮𝙖𝘼𝙩𝙧𝙚𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙠 metro station constructed amidst relentless traffic, giant utility lines, and the heartbeat of Mumbai’s commercial and residential zones. It’s where precision met planning to make space underground, without pausing

BMC probably doesn't even know which all roads are dug up at this point. Its so messy.
🚨 Mumbai Roads to go pothole-free by May 31, as Deputy CM Eknath Shinde has mandated that all concrete roadworks under the ‘Pothole-Free Project’ be completed in Mumbai, before the arrival of monsoon. Great if that happens!

This is so embarrassing 😭.
For those who say MPs don’t work—just yesterday (or today), Rajya Sabha sat till 4 AM to pass two historic laws & the night before, Lok Sabha debated & legislated until 3 AM. I slept at 5 AM & was up at 7:45 AM to fly back to Mumbai for an important meeting. Democracy in action!.

Men mocked daily soaps, but now IPL is their own daily soap—loyal viewership, predictable drama, and overhyped villains. Same addiction, different cast.
IPL Is such a blessing in disguise for me.And millions like me.The fact that I know there's something to entertain me everyday for the next 2 months from 7:30 is so comforting. It's sad that my life has come to this, but I just love watching this tourament more than anything else.
