ONLY work with orgs/founders who are as interested in your growth as you are in theirs. If they want to micromanage you, but won’t mentor you - it’s NOT worth it. Know your worth & limit.

Everyone needs a mentor who can not only teach them, but help them grow into a better self. Differentiating between someone who wants to mentor you from someone who’s just trying to micromanage you is a tricky game.
