9) Operators as Oracle Providers: These are operators in oracle ecosystems who provide real-world information that is aggregated for on-chain use cases (e.g lending) An example is @chainlink a provider of price information with approximately $19 trillion in transaction value.

8) Operators as Compute Providers: Various operators run CPU and GPU clusters and offer access to these clusters via decentralized protocols, to entities worldwide that require extra compute power Compute Networks provides these resources at a low cost and at scale

7) Operators as Intent Solvers: These are intent protocols which expand the accessibility of the decentralized protocols to include declarative requests. They allow operators to interpret and execute the intent according to the user's requirements. An example is @CoWSwap

6) Operators as Block Builders: These are block builders which optimize transaction ordering, often for MEV. They need powerful infra: low-latency, high-bandwidth, specialized hardware Block building is relatively centralized due to the requirements of running beefy and nodes

5) Operators as Decentralised RPC Providers: These are protocols like @POKTnetwork which enable consumers to interact relatively cheaply with RPC for public networks, such as @ethereum and @solana, compared to centralized providers by leveraging distributed operators.

4) Operators as AI Infrastructure Providers: These are AI services which require TEE environments to operate and manage sensitive key materials. Operators with TEE infrastructure provide services for decentralized AI protocols.

3) Operators as Storage Providers: These are decentralized storage services, such as @Filecoin and @akashnet_ , they enable node operators to store large amounts of data. Operators in this ecosystem offer ample disk space to store data published by their consumers.

2) Operators as DeFi Curators/DeFi Risk Managers: These are corporate entities like @chaos_labs and @gauntlet_xyz who manage risk on lending protocols. They provide active risk management services to several decentralised financial protocols.
