Leo mucho revuelo con la noticia sobre la cotización de las becas hasta el 2011. Vaya barbaridad, pero es algo (yo creo que no lo voy a pagar). Lo peor es que había, hay y habrá IPs ofreciendo PhD sin sueldo.
