Back to reality today, but on Sunday I scored a 9:22 PB by running the London Marathon in 04:39:01 - and I met my fundraising target for The Rationalist Association too! @RunComPod @NewHumanist . #LondonMarathon #ThanksaBillion #ThankYouMarshal

I saw 7 magpies on my run this morning -- but I probably shouldn't have told you that. It's a secret. 🤫. Seven gentle miles along the river, over the rope bridge, and around the lakes. 🏃🏼♀️

Snuck out for a run at 5.30, trying not to wake houseguests. 😁 Mist just lifting off the water meadows. Sun glowing like a new tuppence. Lovely.
