Young woman w a 3 cm prox splenic artery aneurysm with extremely tourtous inflow/outflow successfully treated w a 5 mm Surpass flow diverter @Stryker_NV. No pain after procedure without splenic embolization. Significantly reduced flow to aneurysm after deployment. @PIH_IR #irad
