Heck of a play by Perdomo, not the best baserunning out of Cronenworth, but wild to see this executed in a big league game with 2-outs 😂.
Interesting 1st & 3rd defensive/offensive play from last nights D’Back-Padre game. 1) McCann no look back @ 3B & throws to 2B. 2) Perdomo visually reads runner at 3B & aggressively comes up to redirect the throw to HP.(++ throw)

Just witnessed a 15-year old kid in a completely meaningless 14u tournament, playing down from his high school class, throw 77 pitches in a start in an afternoon game… sit down for over 6 hours, and then get back up and throw 105 pitches in the night game that same day. Clearly.

Cool opportunity @BradySmith5165 & @Breezybase16521 both earned, getting the chance to pitch in the Wisconsin state games. Glad I was able to get down to The Rock with their battery mate to see them compete in this event. Congrats boys! Well deserved!

It’s that time of year again… collegiate summer ball is finishing up. Arms are hanging, bodies are trashed from road trip meals, not training in a way to keep the body resilient, and making the decision to shut down the arm to get rested for the fall semester.
