Just a head's up to Austin musicians who are nominated for an Austin Music Award this year, since the Chronicle team itself has not been communicating this unless you repeatedly email them for info, but they expect you to buy tickets this year if you want to attend

We spoke at the end with a focus on the available relief data, namely that the entire amount of funding the music sector received from existing CAD funds, about $1.16 million, is dwarfed by what one single venue, Stubb’s, received from Shuttered Venues ($5 million)
