Mitt is correct again. This is not about “taxing the rich”… it’s about a more fair system. How does it make sense for folks making $1B paying the same as people making $1M?
We’ve reached a point where any mix of solutions to our nation’s economic problems is going to involve the wealthiest Americans contributing more.

Milton Friedman is the Taylor Swift of economists. The song is catchy but it doesn’t make any sense in the real world.

This is supposed to be sarcasm but perfectly describes some healthcare investors.

The underlying assumption here is that AI doesn’t get significantly better, which it obviously will. It also assumes that having a baseline MRI wouldn’t be valuable for 100 other reasons than just screening itself.
Although @elonmusk is brilliant, this is wrong. In people at average risk, anxiety from false positives as well as complications from biopsies would almost certainly outweigh the benefits. Happy to discuss further!

The world will wake up to the fact that the data against seed oils is weak, at best. People really do worry about the wrong things. Also, while we’re at it… you don’t need to take insane amounts of creatine to be healthy.
I banished seed oils from my house almost 4 years ago But now I'm in Asia and they practically drink the stuff, yet everyone is skinny and has great skin and lives to 100 I don't really know what to think anymore

I’ve seen a lot of medical colleagues complain that widespread use of MRIs would lead to too many false positives. They are underestimating how quickly AI will improve over the next five years. I rather we get the data we need to solve this problem than to avoid it altogether.
@PalmerLuckey Widespread MRI usage done at least annually with AI reviewing the data would greatly improve wellbeing and mortality

As @GeBaiDC says, ICHRA would be more useful if we could use it to buy non-ACA compliant plans. The problem is the regulated nature of ACA plans… not the marketplace principles.
