Added terminal support to the @opencode desktop app. The OpenCode server now exposes APIs for creating PTY sessions. - server buffers messages on ws disconnect - client persists buffer on unmount - tabs are unmounted when not active - only one PTY ws connection active at a time

@opencode is funny because you can spend time with your family for Thanksgiving, not use it for a week and then when you run brew upgrade opencode go from 1.0.62 and end up at 1.0.126 No one ships faster
