one thing I'd add to the discussion is the importance of designers being involved in the hiring process of design engineers, and vice versa. if you're a company hiring a design engineer, be encouraging of your designers playing an important role in the recruitment process,

wholeheartedly agree with Aaron, I search old industrial buildings for sale frequently I had a small taste of this before we bought our house, I rented a studio in a converted factory and made a fun live/work space
Men only want one thing and that thing is an old industrial building to turn into a studio

opencode now has over 250 contributors this is the most out of any coding agent and we got there in 4 months thank you for your hard work - it's critical that this next generation of tooling is covered by opensource options
