I enjoy working with the team on projects that enhance social value. I particular enjoy projects that involve a number of stakeholders – e.g. Variation works – where space that can be modified is identified to allow the health service to provide a better service to patients.

The team actively seek out opportunities to support the use of the buildings. I like that we have conversations about opportunities for enhancing the environments to improve the building user experience, it’s not just focused on managing what we have but looking ahead [3/4]

All the team members are aligned with the One Partnership vision of providing good quality estate for the delivery of healthcare services and want to enable the NHS to effectively use the buildings and maximise the value. [2/4]
