Be mindful of every byte that leaves your devices. Let alone pictures and contacts. This isn’t a good precedence and will hurt even indie developers who are much more careful with their user’s data.
Even worse than this, the images have location in the metadata. People are making maps of all the users. The lawsuit for this is gonna be insane

A copyright protection bot has convinced the YouTube moderator bot that an original video by a channel with over 7 million subscribers, is in copyright violation (probably against its own re-uploads). Agents are already highly influential entities on the web.
I learned yesterday the video I made in 2017 explaining how Bitcoin works was taken down, and my channel received a copyright strike (despite it being 100% my own content). The request seems to have been issued by a company chainpatrol, on behalf of Arbitrum, whose website says.

The local first mindset needs to seep in. Social media keeps exposing us to global, high impact (also reasonably difficult) problems. Our odds of success through solving local problems are much better.
wanna do charity, start by helping your friends, family, hometown, local community and then go somewhere else. There are tons of people who donate to big institutions, it's our close circle that needs a lot of help. And help doesn't have to be monetary help.
