If a lawyer is considering making an objection, he has to decide: 1. Is this objectionable 2. Does this evidence hurt me A good lawyer will very often not object to objectionable evidence if, for instance, a witness is rambling in a way that seems hard to believe.
In normal trials, attorneys usually object when a witness' answer become a narrative. In this trial, no one ever objects to narrative answers, and wow have there been some long ones. Milagro clocked one at 4 1/2 minutes. A single answer to one question, no objection.

I said at the beginning of the season that Amorim did so badly last season and that his constant downplaying of Manchester United & their lack of quality has actually given himself more time because it has fooled the masses into thinking the team is worse than it is. Still true.
