It isn’t a matter of opinion; it’s simply empirical. If your meditation is mundane, you are a mundane being. If you meditate like a bodhisattva, you’re a bodhisattva. If you meditate like a mahasattva, you’re a mahasattva. The proof is in the sitting. 🪑

Buddha taught followers to not blindly take his word for it; but to rather put the teachings into practice and see for yourself.
If you found a magic 8-ball that predicted things correctly a bunch of times you’d be wise to just believe it henceforth; even if you didn’t understand how it did it. Which is why I now believe all Buddhist claims: telepathy, passing through walls, multiple lives…
