I started antidepressants about a month and a half before we all had to go into lockdown last year. I can’t even tell you what a savior they’ve been for me. I used to have one or two days a week (at least) where I could barely function and couldn’t get out of bed.

I started therapy a few years ago and antidepressants a little while after that. To say it changed my life for the better is an understatement. It saved my life. Take care of you. You deserve it. #WorldMentalHealthDay.
