Hi 👋 If when you think in the "where to work" strategy in your company you say: 🏠 Remote is perfect for me, but maybe not for everyone. Or 🏢 Office is nice for me, but for sure not for everyone. Or 🤖 Hybrid? Why not, but that could be messy to manage. Please read 👇 thread

3. Money The office will not disappear. How do you call that space at home where you have your desk and work tools? It's an office right? So the office is just changing. It's decentralized now. Office costs efficiency takes another level when the offer fits people profiles.

2. Diversity A huge part of the people that worked from home in the pandemic loved it. (We also do, since years before) Why to force them go back? But a lot of people just didn't. So why to finger point to them? Workspace fitted strategies respect people needs and rights. ✊
