Kuro and Kika Attaque! is a mash up of our own Apex Predator and Taras Boulba, taking our modern approach to farmhouse ale production prioritizing fermentation steps and coupling it with a much more traditional Belgian approach to mash regime and bitterness levels. It’s tasty.

Double beer release at the taproom today. Our Oktoberfest, Waddle, makes its yearly return and not a second too soon. And then we got a big one. Kuro and Kika Attaque! is a collaboration with one of our all-time favorite breweries, Brasserie de la Senne out of Brussels.

Keep the Hot Dog Glass Night tonight!! . On Monday, July 28th from 5-10pm, swing through Mousetrap to grab one of these sweet Kolsch stanges. We’ll also have new t-shirts and hats and Driftless Prairie Market will be doing a hot dog pop up as well! It’s gonna be a great night.
