Pumpkin Beer for Cafes: Sure, it’s a pumpkin beer so it tastes a lot like everything else pumpkin spiced. But Pumpkin Beer for Cafés gains a sweet, nutty, & earthy twist from cold brewed red rooibos tea and vanilla beans in an already chewy base beer heavy in unmalted grain.

Beer for Huddles: Tree resin amber in color and aromas of warm biscuits, this traditional amber drives deeper into Flavortown with pan browned pie crust overtones as well as hints of rose incense and early autumn dried leaves.

Triple can release today at @ocmousetrap! One for the late summer and two for the fall. Peach Cat Fiend: Cat Fiend, our leveled up hard tea brewed with whole leaf Ceylon and Darjeeling black teas, is back and this time around it’s been sweetened with peach juice.

The cans are pasteurized to retain the sweetness and prevent carbonation. Release details coming soon.

Uncarbonated and gluten free but this kitty has claws with its 5.0% alcohol and 80mg/16 oz caffeine. Production notes: Uses the same tea blend as the original Cat Fiend. No lemon, seltzer based. Hot steeped whole leaf tea and peach juice added post fermentation.

The restrained fruit addition contributes a semi-sweetness and ripe peach aroma but allows our signature black tea blend to provide nutty and malty notes, hints of citrus and spice, as well as muscat grape character.

We don’t mess with this classic lager too much (why would we?), but we selected a lager yeast and fermentation temperature schedule to really highlight the previously mentioned dark Munich malt.

It’s August, so you know what that means. It’s time for Oktoberfest beers to release! Our “Offtoberfest” beer features biscuit notes from our favorite dark Munich malt reminiscent of freshly baked bread.

An ample dry-hop charge of select estate Hersbrucker Spat forms a couplet with the sort of bracing, refreshing bitterness found in classic, Old World saison leaving one with the impression of reuniting with a close and sorely missed friend.

The fermentation profile is restrained and sophisticated - focusing on balance and interplay instead of braggadocio and excess with soft hints of peach flesh, pineapple rind, and jasmine. Finish is bone dry and mineral with an almost savory note of tarragon.
