#OTD in 2006, LPC designated the American Telephone & Telegraph Company Building as an individual & interior landmark. Designed by William Welles Bosworth & built from 1912-22, it's considered one of NYC's most stunning examples of Greek-inspired neo-Classical architecture. 🧵1/3

LPC today approved the adaptive reuse of the Bronx's Kingsbridge Armory. Backed by $200M in funding from @NYCMayor & @GovKathyHochul the plan preserves & updates the site for modern needs, increasing its sustainability & creating new affordable housing & cultural/community spaces
