Bit annoyed at the toll bill for my recent trip more than doubling because of a "convenience fee". I'll be thinking twice before using Avis in the future. (And yes, I'm aware of the Visitor Sunpass. I was four hours late into Orlando and didn't have the energy to arrange it.)
