Don’t let negativity win today. Remember it starts with you. If you are complaining you’re not leading. If you are leading you’re not complaining. One person can’t make a team but one person can break a team. Stay positive! No energy vampires allowed.

Excellent opportunity to learn about your skill set. College baseball is arguably the best it’s ever been and many rosters are loaded. Go where you’re wanted. Go where you can get the best experience as a student-athlete. Every school, program and coach is not created equal.

To say the least, thank you to everyone that has made this year as productive as it has been. I’m looking forward to the challenges 2022 will bring! 📚📝

3 - Not all mentors are created equal. Find someone who invests in you and don’t be afraid to ASK QUESTIONS! ✅ 4 - Never stop learning and devote time and effort to your professional AND personal development. 📈
