At one point they accused me of having a fake invoice and asked me to show the online order. When I refused to, they asked me to take it to croma and claim the warranty. @Bose. @BoseService. #bose #boseservice #boseindia.

They were very adamant that I prove to them that I have purchased it from croma even after submitting the invoice. Eventually, the manager interviened still unwilling to accept the warranty claim. @Bose. @BoseService. #bose #boseservice #boseindia.

ASA I submitted the invoice, the customer support agent was very hostile and not willing to accept the product for warranty as they couldn't believe I got the glasses at a discounted price. They kept questioning me "How did I get the discount?" multiple times. @Bose @BoseService.
