#IronDeficiency #Anemia is widely prevalent(~ 10-20% globally). #Oral #Iron is the mainstay of treatment. But, how do you give this? > = 2 times/d, 1/d or alternate day? Would they have a similar response? Checkout our recently published study .

Combination therapy reduced more proteinuria than either agent alone. .
More than 50% reduction in uacr with combo and about 30% with each component that is empagliflozin and finerenone. Time to consider simultaneous initiation of combination therapy in ckd and t2d as in hfref and stage 2 hypertension.
