Here in the X bubble digital nomadism is normal, but when I look at neighbors, old friends and families ZERO have gone out and traveled for 5+ months. Still feels pretty wild that we have 22 families that will travel together to 3 countries over 5 months as a Traveling Village.

Traveling Village 2 just ended. 15 families traveling together in campervans for 45 days, organized in workgroups to make everything come alive. Kids playing freely all day, an awesome community tent that was the heart of the village and always someone to do cool stuff with 👌

Traveling Village 2 has started. We are 15 families driving in campervans together for 45 days through Austria, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. This is the first out of nine campsites. We have had a bonfire dinner, workouts, hikes, crafts, games, football, swimming and much more.

The last two days I’ve been at @BTCPrague where we launched Citadel Garden. We are building a network of family-friendly, decentralized villages (construction ongoing in Croatia, land secured in Madeira). @scholarium_at, the founder, talked about the ideas behind at the main

I've contacted +15 politicians, organizations, stakeholders who have been in the press talking about attracting people to rural areas (about https://t.co/l36fP1yjl5). Zero replies. Litterally saying "I can get 30 families to move to their region, should we talk?". So much is

Some months ago we started sharing more about our project Revillage, where we are trying to build a community that moves to the same village. The response has been amazing and we have had so many people reach out. I even decided to write a whole article about it 👇🏼

This is more or less what we are doing with

We are building a community of families who move to the same village
It took a lot of effort: - leaving my country permanently and going digital nomad for 10 years - meeting cool people in places around the world and online (here) - finding a healthy chill place to move all those people to - then slowly seeing them move there And it wasn't like

I was immensely proud of what we’d built. Then suddenly it was gone. This is the story of how the end of Write of Passage led to the launch of Act Two. But let’s start at the beginning… December 16, 2019. Delta, 29F. A window seat so I can wave goodbye to my stable tech job in

After a few years where everything has just worked out and I've had a feeling of constant progress, I've been feeling pretty bad the last few months. I keep being sick and stressed out, worrying more than normal etc. After taking tests at the doctors, where everything looked

Google is a huge part of why I became an entrepreneur. When I was 17 I wanted to be a DJ, created a scrappy website and found out you could rank. I was totally hooked and it was my way into entrepreneurship. How Google is destroying their main product for short term profit is

These days we are getting 21 families who will go on Traveling Village 3 together in Slack. So much work over the last months doing calls and onboarding, so it feels so good to see all the familiy presentations!
