An engaging PBL unit with lots of student choice. Classes chose an environmental problem they were passionate about and created a persuasive text to inspire others to care #pbl

I love ‘Which one doesn’t belong?’ As part of a maths lesson. The responses to this post really got me thinking. Strangely, I’ve never used all numbers lower than 10 for my WODB and this is great! Thanks for sharing @pwharris

Teachers (or parents) of young learners, here's a WODB for you! How could you use this in your teaching? Remember, you need a reason that EACH one doesn't belong! #MTBoS #ITeachMath #MathIsFigureOutAble #Elemmathchat #MSmathchat #HSmath #Mathstratchat

How can we make our bush tucker garden a place of learning for our school and local community? A great PBL exhibition by Year 3.

Today we shared how we implemented Doug Clarke and Anne Roche’s Colour in Fractions as part of the PMSI project. Specialists then worked to adapt it for Stage 2. Was great to hear other PMSI presentations about the lessons they implemented and their learning. @laurindalomas

In November 2019 we sponsored 20 of our most experienced principals to visit schools in London, as part of the `London experience program’. Here you can see them share what they learned about system leadership, leader identification and moral purpose:

It was lovely to hear our students describe so articulately, their mathematics learning through problem solving, to Sally Egan and Andrew Stevenson. We look forward to seeing the developments (and expansion?) of the ‘Check In’ assessments we found so valuable in programming.

Looking for a good maths challenge for your students today? This one shared by @gfletchy is fantastic. We need a greater focus on developing students understanding of difference.

Loved the gallery walk this morning in Year 1 where students provided specific, kind and helpful feedback to each other on descriptive writing. The best part was getting back to their own classroom and checking the feedback from their peers and teachers. @AStevenson_DEL
