RJ Reynolds releasing unauthorized synthetic nicotine vaping products. This is only happening because FDA won't follow the law and decide PMTAs within 180 days. Kinda strange for RJR to do this after spending multiple years supporting state-level bans on these products!

$BTI $BATS $PM - Since VELO Plus reduced its promotional discount in early July, share gain momentum has continued. Not bad considering ZYN restocking in Q1. ZYN will increase promotional investment in Q3-Q4 and probably offer its products via Haypp again. Interesting dynamic.
