I don’t remember the rumble jungle issue, but a quick google search led to the following screenshots. This is not an example of where he has “acted better than the community”. If anything, it only went to show how dedicated he is to communicating with players.

but she never saw the word *whore* in game. the system literally prevents her from seeing it, and had automatically muted nb. the word was also not typed at her. he did try to communicate the misunderstanding and was mass hated on twitter to the point he had to make a video

And I’m saying the majority of their “reason” comes from mob mentality and not being aware of how much he actually does. There’s nothing to suggest that he’s not willing to listen, whereas there is a mountain of evidence of him actually listening to community feedback.

The balance team does a good job of addressing MOST of the major issues from patch to patch. Sure, they miss stuff a lot of the times, but they can’t possibly address everything with the resources that they have. If anything, hate Riot for not investing more on balancing the
