Soil on the left is taken from the field margin 10 yrs grass 3.5% OM. Sample on the right 20 meters into the field plough based system 1.5% OM. Field clod disintegrated within 30 mins. Margin sample still whole after 5 hours. #notill #glomalin #soilorganicmatter @CMP_agronomy

I read #SirRanulphFiennes’s biography of #shackleton over Christmas. An Utterly compelling story. These pictures are extraordinary.
The wreck is coherent, in an astonishing state of preservation. The Antarctic seabed does not have any wood eating micro organisms, the water has the clarity of distilled water. We were able to film the wreck in super high definition. The results are magical. #Endurance22
