Most guys look to change their delivery when it breaks down. The best and fastest solution is usually to figure out what changed in the body to make it fall apart. Recapture movement, recapture the delivery. Mechanics are the symptom, movement capacity is the problem.

Culture influences programming. Authoritarian cultures kill ideas. Control becomes the product, and fear the strategy. Programs start to reflect hyper-conservatism and rigidity, leading to poorer outcomes. 👇.

Not all velo is created equal. Pitchers use different strategies to produce it. This should be taken into consideration when looking at force plate metrics, but only after the universal currency of total momentum has been established.

By fine-tuning muscle spindle sensitivity, gamma motor neurons 🔼 proprioception. No GMN input = clumsy execution. Skill = gamma in action. Prioritize AMNs to achieve outputs, but slow it down from time to time to optimize transfer to skill. Train input and output.🧠.
