Anaesthetists….do you use the Glidescope? They are changing the connectors on the cables. We erroneously got new stock that didn’t connect to our screen and only found out during an unanticipated difficult intubation. Beware!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 @RCoANews @AAGBI #patientsafety

I was another person saved & returned to practice by @NHSPracHealth . Seems crazy amid a recruitment & retention crisis to remove this service. I was psychologically injured at work by work and my trust had nothing for me. @VictoriaAtkins @NHSEngland please reconsider.

I got help from PHP in 2018 when there was none available anywhere else. I was suffering psychologically after an incident at work. Without them I might have died. Please support PHP. NHS England shut them down to new referrals with no replacement yet commissioned.

So true. I stopped cycling for a few years after a bloke van decided that I shouldn’t have positioned myself in the middle of the lane at a difficult junction* so tried to shove my bike (with me on it) with his van. #freedomtoride *this is a recommended good practice

#HumanFactors. Panicky phone call from neighbour this AM. A group of about five people were “stuck” in our foyer as the door release button wasn’t working. Not one of them had pressed the emergency override button. When questioned the plastic flap cover had put them off!!!
