If any parents are wanting to learn BSL as a starting point I’ve set up a small Instagram project called ‘summerofsign’ - a new sign every day through the Summer holidays. I’m a Deaf Qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Deaf Instructor. I hope it helps. Thank you for reading.

While @BBCr4today is rightly featuring the ridiculous stopping of teaching Latin in schools they should also focus on the general reduction in music teaching and provision in schools as well. We are seriously impoverishing the cultural future of future generations.
