cont. Reigning the right people in and pushing the right people forward. Men don't always feel qualified. It's also important to highlight male victims and giving them a voice.

Q: How best to encourage men to care about #VAWG?.Panel: need for role models, gives other men permission to acknowledge toxicity and feel comfortable being uncomfortable. Need people who want to stand up and do it because it's the right thing to do, not for likes/clicks.

cont. Also necessary to build capacity so that people feel able to confront the issue, whether as a survivor or a supporter.

Q: how do you reach people who don't think #VAWG is to do with them. Panel: it's about language and shifting the culture, it's about recognizing that #EVAWG can support widespread change in other areas - every single person can do something, be part of the shift.
