I had @AndroidStudio Agent Mode upgrade my gradle dependencies. The project was initially using Material 2 and Compose 1.5 but was upgraded to the latest compose version and all other dependencies. Deprecated accompanist APIs were also stripped. Worked like a charm.

From what I understand, this is the case for DeepThink(R1) but is all the text necessary?.

I prompted @deepseek_ai with a simple question to test it and it was thinking and writing all these. In its thought process, it acknowledges that I might be testing how it handles incomplete queries but I do not probably need to see all this text.

Hey @JimSproch. In the compose docs, it is stated that Color.Unspecified behaves the same as Color.Transparent but it doesn't behave exactly that way. In fact the two values behave totally different when passed as a color.

3. It’s a sad end because I used it for less than 3 months.

2. I created an XR emulator and kept seeing a dialogue that the emulator alone needed 8GB of RAM 😂 but I ignored. Given that Android Studio alone consumes like 3Gig, and Chrome with a million tabs, I know that this ultimately crashed the RAM. But why would an emulator need 8GB?.

1. So my M1 Pro laptop(8Gig RAM,512GB SSD) died this weekend. It keeps rebooting, took it to the Apple store and they couldn’t revive it and I was told it’s hardware failure. I have reason to believe that trying the Android XR emulator on it crashed it ….

I will probably give “The Night Agent” a 9.9/10 score. Finished season 1 in a day

Not downplaying Grok’s power but always pointing to “This is what Grok said about this” and using it entirely as facts doesn’t make sense. I remember arguing last time with Gemini because it was giving me totally wrong info and was still confident.

Do people actually use their brains at all these days? I see that when someone mentions something, people immediately fact-check the person using @grok 😂😂. I find it funny a lot because I always thought Grok is the clown of AI. People used it mostly for jokes when it was out.

The @netflix movie "The Bricklayer" is overly fictional and unrealistic. "Carry-On" is an awesome movie that I enjoyed though.

The fact that @WhatsApp has a bug in their 'status' feature for videos that has been there for generations(exaggerated) and never solved tells us more about 'priorities'. At times when watching a video and skipping to the next status, the video is still heard playing.Priorities.

In part, this is a great article and one thing which is evident is that the most problematic thing with compose is its aspect of state management. It is by far the most difficult thing to comprehend especially if someone moves from another ecosystem.

@codingisahabit @JimSproch At least I had the integrity to supplement my shitposting with more serious content, unlike the guy who actually works on Compose and claims that he's "teaching".
