you literally cannot ignore mental hunger tho, it goes beyond just normal cravings. you think about food from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to bed… you anticipate your lunch and dinner after you just ate breakfast. even when you’re busy, food is on your mind

Hey this is a really bad idea, I’ve fasted a lot before and it’s something u need alot of knowledge on and it’s very dangerous. even tho ur sw is high it will do more harm than good. please try to just be consistent and eat in a normal deficit, it will be so much more effective
rice cakes are actually rlly good when you don’t have a bitch breathing down ur neck and telling u that it’s not …. have u ever experienced the joy of a sundried tomato or sour cream rice cake. they’re not a meal but god they’re a great snack
people start to avoid you. at first, people thought you were disciplined, now people think you’re out of control. they aren’t jealous like you’d want to believe, they’re grossed out.
everything is exhausting, your body essentially only works to exist. you sleep for a majority of the day, eat, exercise (if you can still manage), more sleep and repeat. you’re on a routine and everyday feels the same.

your parents/friends/and or other family etc are worried. maybe they won’t express this to you in an explicit way, but they’ll do inconspicuous things like buying whatever food you want and encouraging you to eat more.
you’ve reduced the variety of food you eat to the same 3-5 things everyday. every other food gives you anxiety. you feel like you’ll either lose control around it or it’s a waste of cals.
they think something bad is going to happen to you soon, so they tell you they love you a lot more than they usually do. sometimes you hear them crying at night because they feel powerless over you.

u can still lose if u were binging & restricting depending on the cal average. lax will not make u lose weight in fat, by the time you’ve pooped it out u already digested the food
you’ve reached your ugw multiple times, so you keep setting new ones. but every time you get to it, it’s still not enough like you once thought. you’re addicted to seeing the numbers go down at this point, so you keep going.
you’re always really cold. not like it’s an “it’s cold outside” cold, but an internally freezing cold that has you shivering and next to a heater when it’s summer. you start wearing multiple layers of clothing to compensate but it doesn’t help much.
you don’t really feel emotions anymore. you can’t laugh, cry, or feel joy in anything. at best you’re able to force the odd weak smile when someone cracks a joke.
you no longer have interests or hobbies. you’ve forgotten what once brought you joy and replaced that with your obsession with food & numbers. you don’t recognise yourself anymore

Yeah but it’s mostly in relation to atypical anorexia, purging disorder, night eating syndrome etc…. but these people clearly fit the criteria for bed or bulimia 😭😭
