Absolutely this.
It seems to me that the portrayal of the Labour win as shallow because of the vote share is misleading. This was a ‘get the tories out’ election. For different people that generally meant voting Labour, Lib Dem, Green or Reform. But in doing so they all knew they’d get a Labour.

Delighted with a lot of those election results. Not only getting rid of the absolute shambles that was there, but enough Greens and independents to raise their voices too. And Wokingham is finally not blue! 🥳.
