The compressor replacement has to be apparently approved by the service centre and by their own admission, after approval it will take 15-20 days to replace. @CarrierMideaInd

There is no coordination between the service centres and customer service and I am expected to keep following up with both. The service centre never picks up the phone. @CarrierMideaInd
