I have a friend that was SA-ed a couple of years back and she's really having a hard time coping. She has nightmares almost everyday and it's also affecting her relationship. She finally spoke out to me in confidence and I suggested that her getting a therapist might help.

I have sickle cell and one particular day for some strange reason my blood levels dropped so fast and so low. Looked for blood throughout the day but my blood group was hard to get for some reason . My doctor donated his. Forever grateful to Dr Mike.
