Next day too same extra RS 5 was taken from every customer. This time they are selling BISLERI Water bottles which also has bodyprint of Rs15. But they are selling in Rs20. The staffs when asked give excuse that customers donot have change.but they don't even ask for change.
Manager of pantry Mr Nitish Kumar singh and irctc staff sooraj Kumar came and assured me that proper action will be taken and it will not happen in the future. For now the problem is solved.
