We are about $150K in the hole over the past 2-3 years, but there are ways to do it that doesn't involve going through all of this.

We kept expanding the budget, but we just can’t compete with these bigger organizations that are poaching left and right and doing it last minute.
We tried.
Really dislike Rostermania. There is so much unstability on the OW scene right now.
Players are lost and organizations are starting offering money they don't have yet to convince players to join/stay.
Having roster lock just one hour before the competition doesn't help as well.
