3rd: Know what your job is. No matter making space, or finding info, find out what your team asks of you and accomplish that. Trying to do everything leads to mistakes, but if you do your job, naturally mistakes will be minimum. Jobs change mid round though so be ready.

Been grinding hard for the last 4 months to prove I'm not only a IGL. Its such a gratifying feeling to see improvement. I still have a ways to go in order for my dream of being the best IGL in the scene fragging and calling, but from this improvement I see makes it all worth it😊.

I've seen a lot a toxicity over time in ranked. Its never ok so heres some phrases to help!. Instead of: "My teammates are trash".say: "Everyone has a bad day.". Don't say: "he never does this on my team".Instead say: "A change of atmosphere really helped his performance!".
