Generally, it's a good sign when I'm so into something I withdraw from most other dopamine producing activities. It means I've found something so rewarding, those little drips don't register. I rarely regret these instances. (Looking at you, Zelda)

It's funny, but when I'm wearing my Product hat, my confidence feels unshakeable. I come off stage/out of podcasts like "nailed it, you're welcome." When I'm in the weeds engineering, I come out like "OH GAWD DID I RAMBLE ABOUT SOMETHING IN RESPONSE TO AN OFFHAND COMMENT AGAIN"

I'm still surprised how many folks using foundation model agents in their day to day don't know about @goose_oss and SLMs! You can get so much done locally without wifi. At @lisbonai_ so many attendees were like "I'm going to try this!" I want to know how that goes 😈
