It’s blazing hot! We need HELP in eastern NC. Homes are unbearably hot, and it’s only getting worse. This extreme heat is dangerous for agricultural workers and their families, who endure indoor temps of 100°F+. Governor Cooper proclaimed May 26 - June 1 as Heat Awareness Week.
